Thank You

Thank you to all of our patrons for your patience while we were closed last week due to the carpet installation.  Mike Chamoures’ crew worked long, hard hours to get the job done in four days.  In lieu of hiring a moving company, the Buildings and Grounds crew and library staff did all the moving of the furniture, bookcases, desks, and packing and unpacking of the books from the shelves.  It was a very time consuming process.  It would have been wonderful if we could have levitated everything off the floor ala Harry Potter but that move wasn’t available last week!  As of this Monday, the books in the Children’s Library are still being unpacked by staff to go back on the shelves. We sincerely appreciate your continued patience.  Please come in and see our new look.
