Federal,
Internet Permission
Parents, please note that children without internet permission will not be allowed to use the library’s computers for research or typing documents. If you aren’t sure whether you have signed this form, please call us to verify. We have had situations where children have been dropped off to use the computers and because no signature is on record or there is a fine over $3.00, these children were not able to access the computer. This can be very disconcerting to a child who then is left waiting in the library while the parent is out shopping, running errands, etc. or unreachable by landline or cell phone. If a parent can be contacted by phone, we will allow a one day verbal permission and then send the child home with an internet permission form to be signed and returned at a later date.
