New Year’s Resolutions

It is now 2008 and the most popular resolution of the beginning of every year is to lose weight and exercise more.  The library has books and magazines on self-help, health, exercise, diet and low fat cooking as well as instructional videos.  As part of your new “2008” plan, come to the library, do some research, check out those exercise videos, and cook up some healthy new dishes.  You’ll be on the road to a “new you” before you know it!
