Upcoming January Programs for Adults

   Weds., Jan. 23rd, Page Turners, 6:45-7:45 pm.  This is an informal book discussion that meets monthly.  The book selection for this month is The Samurai’s Garden by Gail Tsukiyama.  Copies are available in the library.

Programs for Children

   Drop-In Storytimes, Thursdays, 10:30-11:15 am.  Stories, music and movement for all ages with Ms. JoAnn.

   Monday, Jan. 7, Storytime Registration.  You may register by phone (312-5682) or in person for the following storytime sessions:

Wee Ones, Mondays, Jan. 14, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 25, and March 3.

Tales for Twos, Tuesdays, Jan. 15, 22, 29, Feb. 5, 12, 26.

More Stories Please, Wednesdays, Jan. 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27.

   Weds., Jan. 9, A Pair of African Tales, 6:30-7:30 pm.  Students in Grades 6-8 will attend rehearsals on Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20.  A performance will be given on Sunday, Feb. 24 for children and families.  This program is sponsored by New Fairfield Enrichment Program for Grades 6-12.

   Monday, Jan. 14, Storycrafters, 1:30-2 pm.  Jan. 14, 28, Feb. 4, 25, March 3, 10, 17.  Children will hear a story and make a related craft with Ms. Jill.  For ages three and up.

   Weds., Jan. 16, Music Together, 10:30-11 am.  Kate McGonnigle of Baby Munsta Music will lead children from one year old and up in fun musical activities.

   Friday, Jan. 18, ANTS, 1:30-2:15 pm.  Elyse Felicione will assist children with arts and crafts based on stories about nature.  This six-week session will run Jan. 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 22, 29.  For ages four and up.

   Weds., Jan. 23, ANTS, 10:30-11:15 am.  Elyse Felicione will assist children with arts and crafts based on stories about nature.  This six-week session will run Jan. 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27.  For ages four and up.

   Friday, Jan. 25, Magic Tree House, 4:15-5 pm.  Elyse Felicione will lead children through the outback of Australia and children will make a related craft.  For ages four and up.
